Will Broad Spectrum CBD make me high?
No, Broad Spectrum CBD does not contain any THC and is non-intoxicating. This means it delivers many therapeutic benefits without any psychoactive effects.
What's the difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum CBD?
Full Spectrum CBD contains all compounds found naturally occurring in the plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids. Full Spectrum CBD contains trace amounts of THC.
Broad Spectrum CBD retains most cannabinoids and other elements found in the plant, but removes all THC.
Both types of CBD showcase the entourage effect, highlighting the collaborative interaction between cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids, amplifying therapeutic properties.

How much of the CBD Oil Drops should I use?
For our Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 CBD Oil Drops, we recommend taking one dropper full (1ml) twice a day. For our Level Zzz CBD Oil Drops, we recommend taking one dropper full (1ml) at bedtime.
How many servings are in each bottle of oil drops?
60 1mL servings
How do I use the CBD Oil Drops?
The CBD Oil Drops can be taken under the tongue (hold for 60-90 seconds to let them absorb) or mixed with water, tea, etc.
How should I store my Level Select CBD Oil Drops?
We recommend storing your Level Select products in a cool place away from light and heat.
How long does the product last?
The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the box and the bottom of the bottle.
What ingredients are in the CBD Oil Drops?
MCT Oil, CBD Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract, Natural (mint) Flavor. Our Level 2 Unflavored Oil Drops do not contain the Natural (mint) Flavor.

How much of the cream/roll-on should I use?
Start by applying a thin layer of the Cream or Roll-On to cover the area you are addressing. Adjust the amount you apply as needed.
How often can I use the cream/roll-on?
You can use the Cream or Roll-On as often as needed up to four times per day.
What is the expiration date for the cream and roll-on products?
Our Creams and Roll-Ons are best used within two years from the manufacturing date. The manufacturing or expiration date can be found on the bottom of the box.
What does the date on the bottom of the cream or roll-on box mean?
The date on the bottom of the Cream or Roll-On box is the manufacturing or expiration date. The product should be used by the expiration date or within 2 years of the manufacturing date.

Why isn't my Level Select cream product full to the top?
Level Select Cream products are packed by weight, not by volume. Shifting and settling of the product may occur during shipment.
LAB & DRUG TESTING
Are Level Select products lab-tested?
All Level Select products are tested by an independent third party to ensure the highest quality and no THC. You can find our test results HERE.
Where do I find the batch number for my lab test results?
You can find your batch number on the bottom of your product box and the bottom of the product itself.
Will I test positive on a drug test?
Cannabidiol (CBD) shouldn't show up on a drug test. Level Select is third party tested to ensure it contains 0% THC so it should not show up in a drug test.

Can I use Level Select on my pet?
Level Select has not been formulated for use on pets, so we do not recommend using our products on pets.
Can I travel with Level Select products?
Cannabidiol (CBD) oil products that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis or that are approved by the FDA are allowed in carry-on or checked luggage. (Source: TSA)

What happens to redeemed but not used coupon codes from the previous program?
The codes are still valid. You are able to use your coupon code from the prior program at checkout.
What happened to my previous point balance?
Your prior points balance will roll over into the new program. We are introducing VIP Tiers to the new program and levels will be based on your prior year's worth of purchases.
Do I need to make an account if I had one before?
All our customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
How do I redeem?

Do points expire?
Don’t forget about us, because your points, rewards and your VIP tier will expire if you don’t interact with our program at least once every 12 months. Make sure you redeem points and place orders, so that this doesn’t happen.
Can I use my points during a sale?
Points are redeemed via a unique coupon code and can be applied to any non-sale item similar to how you would apply a promotion.

Can I use promo codes on subscriptions?
No, promocodes do not apply to subscriptions as the subscriptions are already discounted.
