"Pros: The scent of the product is nice, not offensive and not lingering; shipping was reasonably quick; seems to have an instant pain relief upon first application Cons: See pictures below- when I received of container, there appeared to be an air bubble/pocket in the cream, so I'm not sure I received my full 3oz (and yes, I understand things shift during shipping); the directions on the label don't give any indication on how often to reapply or how long 1 application of the cream is suppose to last- does it last 1 hour? 4 hours? am I supposed to reapply throughout the day? I really wasn't expecting to have to carry this around in my purse to reapply- I suppose I will. Like I said, there appears to be instant pain relief when I first apply the cream to my knees, but it doesn't seem to last very long. Maybe with repeated use it will get better. I was just hoping that since I started with the Level 2, I would have seen better results from the get-go. I don't think my knees are in that terrible condition- just minor arthritis."
